WeQ4U has released their software which is used to cope with the frustrating problem of having to wait in a queue for a call center agent to answer. It is available as an App for iPhone and Android based mobiles as well as a land line number that can be called from any phone. Once activated (by pressing *9 if the call is not answered immediately), the call is terminated and WeQ4U waits in the call center's queue until the agent is ready to answer. It then rings the caller back. WeQ4U is cheaper than waiting in a queue on hold and saves time too. More info can be found at WeQ4U
