OrderlyQ from Orderly Software

1st April 2010
Orderly Software have informed us that their unique and revolutionary solution to call center queueing has been made available free of charge to all UK call centers. Instead of an engaged tone or having to wait on hold, an estimated wait time is given to callers. When they phone back after that time their call is recognised and placed at the head of the queue for immediate service.
